Ok guys here is the run down on issue 12 of Psycho Styrene. This issue we are having a stop motion special and as well as an interview with professional model maker Clark Schaffer we have articles on the basics of production from Steven & Whitney Boe of Imaginal Cells FilmWorks articles on character design and puppet and armature building as well as some on basic set building.

Sorry about the delay in Posting here Again But I have been working on the new log for the site and the DVDs and Boy has it fought me all the way!!! Well here it is for you to see, it's not finished yet but it is getting there.

We are currently updating the preview files in the issue Archive section to the new ones we hope to have this done by the new year. The magazine should be ready for release in the next few days so the newsletter will be going out for that.

We have been getting ready for the launch of the new Mad Modellers Lab how to and Project books in the new year which at the moment we are looking into making them multimedia CD ROMs so that we can easily utilise Video, Graphics and Text to demonstrate the techniques used and help illustrate the builds. We are hoping to have a test sample up by the new year on this to see how it works.

Firstly I would Like to sa that the Article Fatmotion has been dropped from the magazine as the method used is not working properly, so many apologies for that. Secondly we are in the process of updating the look of the magazine previews.

Well folks This is the line up for the new Issue, Though it is still subject to change depending on how the mag is coming to geather but I thought I would Give you a Heads up on it.

Also we are still on coures for a DEC 23/24th release of the mag

here is the new logo for the Mad Modellers Lab book series that we are working on now, we are hoping to get the first volume out in the new year if everything goes to plan wich around here is a rarity. anyway on with the logo

Well finally have it done, The previews for the Back Issues are done This will be included in the new Issues aswell, you can have a look at the preview on the Archive Page to see how it will work

We have been working on a new feature on the site, where you can have a 10 page preview of the magazine, you can check the feature out here on Issue 2 the new mag will have one of these, and we will be putting this feature onto all of the archive in the next few days.

another article has been added to the list for issue 11 and can be checked out here. we have also added a couple of new links on the links page strangely enough:).

We are also well under way on our first project book these will be released under the Mad Modellers Lab banner. I'm pleased to say that we will be making the first volume free, it is a basic techniques volume and will look at how to go about planning a build and what tools you will need to work on it, what materials to use and also we will go over some of the basic build skills that you will use.

The second volume of these will be released shortly after the first volume comes out and will be based on a mad scientists lab theme, and will have plans for a load of equipment from a lab bench to a rotating monster table and even an evil robot amongst all the essential monster making and world dominating equipment you could ever need.
